The machine is built. Now we need someone running the front of it.
Drop a prospect's URL in. Three custom-fitted, fully personalized website mockups come out the other side
— generally inside three minutes, with no human in the loop. We've built that. It runs every day.
What it doesn't have is someone closing the inbound, walking prospects through their mockups,
owning the customer experience from "interested" to "paid". That's the seat we're trying to fill — and
this page exists so you can walk in knowing exactly what's already there waiting for you.

Per prospect: scrape → match → 3 personalized mockups, fully automated
14
Specialized agents working together end-to-end (scrape, match, build, send, monitor)
End-to-end pipeline
How a redesign actually happens — every step, every agent.
Eight stages, fully automated until a customer is ready to pay. Each stage is owned by a specialized agent
— the names in blue are the actual systems running today.
01
Source the prospect.
prospect-scraperprospect-scraper-runner
Either outbound (the scraper runs daily on a cloud VM, harvesting Clutch.co, AmericanDentists,
APA Locator, Yello.ae, Castle Connolly, and others — 25+ adapters total) or inbound
(a prospect drops their URL on redesign.llc). Output is a unified Lead record: business name, URL, industry, location, contact.
02
Qualify the lead.
lead-genrecreation-personalize
The lead enters a multi-gate funnel: verdict-yes means the site is bad-enough-to-redesign
AND the business is legit. Last classify pass labeled 53 of 71 leads "yes" — that's the qualification bar.
Bad sites get personalized; spammy ones get dropped.
03
Read their current site.
recreation-personalize
Playwright-driven extraction: pulls their headline, services, voice, brand colors, photos, subpages.
Fallbacks for sites with weak SEO, broken render, or anti-bot defenses. Industry inferred when not declared.
04
Match three best-fit templates.
recreation-personalize
Out of the 1,875-template library, the matcher selects the three best fits using
industry signals (vertical alignment), brand voice (formal vs warm vs editorial),
and structural fit (services-led vs portfolio-led vs booking-led). Only pinned or top-3-ranked
templates can be selected — the curation layer enforces taste at the gate.
05
Personalize the mockups.
recreate.pyrecreation-personalize-agent
Each template gets re-rendered with their copy, their brand colors, their imagery.
Powered by Gemini 3.1 Pro on Vertex (validated to parity with Claude for HTML generation at scale).
Output: three full HTML mockups + PNG screenshots, hosted ready to share.
06
Send the preview.
outreach-runner
Cold email lands in their inbox with a preview URL — they click, scroll, and react before
they've spoken to anyone. The free PNG is the wedge: it makes the leap from "ignored" to "intrigued"
cheap and fast. 78 outreach emails sent in the last 48 hours alone.
07
Detect a reply.
outreach-email-monitor-redesign
Spacemail IMAP poller running every few minutes. When a prospect replies, Telegram pings the operator
immediately so they can pick it up while the prospect is still warm.
08
Close + deliver.
human operator
This is the seat we're hiring for. Reply, qualify, get on a call if useful, push them through one of four
pricing tiers ($49 / $99 / $249 / custom), and own the handoff to delivery. Then everything they say
feeds back into the matcher and the template library — the next person's mockup is sharper because of theirs.
Industries live in production
28 industries already wired. New ones come online in a day.
Adding a new vertical isn't a project — it's a config file. The factory handles the rest: image bank, industry signals,
template prompts, ranking, matching.

Quality gates
Five qualification gates between "URL" and "send to customer."
Speed only matters if quality holds. Five hard gates run on every prospect before a mockup leaves the building —
each one designed from a real failure mode the system has seen.
G1Reachability gate
Playwright validates the URL renders. Dead domains, parked pages, and "site under construction" stubs get dropped before extraction wastes a model call.
G2Lead-quality verdict
Yes / Maybe / No classifier — is the site bad enough to redesign, AND is the business legit? Last batch: 53 yes / 4 maybe / 10 no / 4 ambiguous.
G3Industry-fit gate
Only templates pinned or top-3-ranked in the customer's vertical can be matched. The matcher cannot ship a generic template even if it would technically render — the curation layer is a hard wall.
G4Diversity gate (Phase 3)
The 3 matched templates must be visually distinct — no three "warm-cream-serif" picks in a row. Forces the customer to make a real choice between meaningfully different directions.
G5Fidelity / hallucination gate
The personalized output must reflect the prospect's actual content, not invented services or fake testimonials. Caught at render-time; failed sites get re-run before they ship.
G6Header-overlap gate
Common rendering bug (nav overlapping hero copy) auto-detected and patched before sites get sent. Caught + fixed in 258-customer batch without manual review.
The good news for you

The seat
The role: own the front of the funnel.
Not a quota grinder. Someone who can take a stream of personalized mockups + warm inbound and turn it into closed customers,
while we keep scaling the back-end and adding new verticals.
Sales & customer ops — first front-line hire at redesign.llc
First 90 days are about turning the existing pipeline into revenue. After that, it's about scaling whatever's working.
Reply to inbound from redesign.llc same-day, every day.
Triage the outbound queue — review what's queued, flag misses, tune copy weekly.
Get on calls with serious prospects. Walk them through their mockups live.
Close the $49 / $99 / $249 tiers. Upsell when it makes sense.
Own the customer experience from "sold" to "happy with the site."
Capture every objection, every "no", every reason a deal landed where it did.
Feed it back into the matcher + templates + outbound — the system gets sharper because of you.
Eventually: hire the second sales person, set the playbook for them.
Why now
Why this seat, why this stage.
The expensive part is already done.
Most "AI for design" pitches you hear are still building the engine. Ours runs. The factory generated 1,875 templates and personalized 511 sites already. You're stepping in when the hardest part is proven, not promised.
Inbound is real.
redesign.llc is live with pricing. The outbound queue ships 70–80 emails a day. There's a steady trickle of "tell me more" replies waiting to be turned into conversations.
You write the playbook.
There's no "previous person who did this." You set the cadence, the call structure, the close motion, the customer handoff. Whatever works becomes the standard for the next hire.
Compounding wins.
Every closed deal feeds back into the matcher (which leads convert), the templates (which styles win), and outbound (which industries are warm). You move the whole system, not just your own number.
The product sells itself — if shown.
A free, personalized preview of someone's own site lands very differently than a generic pitch. The opener writes itself. You're not selling vapor; you're sending them a thing.
Built-in upside.
This isn't a position at a layered org. It's an early seat in a business that's actively scaling. The first person on the front shapes how the company sells forever.
Most agencies sell the promise of a redesign.
We send three of them before the first call.
If this fits, let's talk.
I'd want to walk through what the first 30 days would look like — what you'd own, what you'd ship, what we'd be measuring together by the end. The pipeline is built; the seat is open.
